Do you consider it case sensitive?

http://purl.oclc.org/medterms/test also seems to work, and is easier to 
communicate, since you can just say/remember "everything is lower case". 
For that matter, http://purl.org/medterms/test does the job; I believe 
purl.org is still run by OCLC, but they could conceivably hand it off to 
others in the future.
