F2F Teleconference details

We will be using one of two access codes (apologies for the ambiguity):
  26631 (or "CONF1")
  4257 (or "HCLS")

We'll be on the usual #hcls irc channel. If you have problems, you can
connect via http://mibbit.com/ . Click on "Server" and you will be
prompted for a "Server address". Enter "irc.w3.org:6665". For Nick,
enter your name (without spaces) or or a short, handy version of it.
For "Channel(s)", enter "#hcls".

When you dial the bridge, you can try both conference codes, or you
can first join the irc channel to ask which code we are using at the
time.
