[COI] Drug Mapping Using Stanford's Drug Ontology

Dear All

Using the Drug Ontology made by Samson Tu and his colleagues, I generated 
the mapping between drug class/category information in CT#8 to detailed 
drug entities with RxNORM IDs and Drug Bank IDs. 

Here is the summary of the mapping rules and the results
