Hi,

As we discussed during the f2f meeting last week and the biordf/bioont
call this morning, below is an example of two disagreeing pieces of data
found in NeuronDB:

http://senselab.med.yale.edu/senselab/NeuronDB/ndbEavSum.asp?id=3978&pr=C&re=&mo=1

In this example, the "I Na, t" current was reported being present
(highlighted in blue color) in the soma of the Olfactory bulb
periglomerular cell in one paper, while it was reported being absent
(highlighted in pink color) in another paper. One can click on the "plus
References/Notes" to see the papers. Although this example is not
related to the use case, but it might be an interesting example showing
how to use semantic web technologies to easily identify inconsistent data.

Best,

-Kei
