BAMS names and initial model (instance style)

Per (some of) my action items, I put on the wiki demo page:

the lists of BAMS brain part, cell, and molecule names, and the initial 
instance style model with some data. Even though the eventual knowledge base 
will likely look nothing like this model, I thought there would be interest in 
seeing what I believe to be the semantics of the XML representation:
