Hi Vipul,

I looks like you are trying to create bridges across words, in this  
case "process". I think the problem is that words are already  
confusing and overloaded, and trying to tie the different meanings  
together further exacerbates the problem. Consider instead

a) Thinking of such words as "process" as needing disambiguation  
pages, like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Process_%28disambiguation%29

b) Putting some meat on the definition of what you are calling  
"Clinical Process".  Just putting the two words together doesn't give  
me a clear idea of what is being referred to.
