FYI: Galen extract in Manchester OWL

I thought the IG might be interested in a GALEN extract I serialized [1]
into the Manchester OWL syntax [2], using a library [3] for
manipulating / exporting OWL graphs in Python using the infix operators
associated with Manchester OWL (some, min, equals, etc..)

This extract was generated using Julian Seidenberg's GALEN segmentation
application [4] - which implements an ontology segmentation algorithm
outlined by Julian and Alan Rector. The original extract is quite
large, 'centered' around Heart-related terminology, and difficult to
browse in any OWL browser/editor. The nice thing about the algorithm is
that you can tailor your extract around a particular subset of a much
larger ontology (the *entire* GALEN export to OWL is 20MB)

IMHO, the Manchester OWL syntax is much more concise than a pure RDF
concrete serialization or even the OWL abstract syntax - as Alan has
pointed out earlier [5]. So, overall, I found it to be a much more
effective way to browse a very large ontology - especially one with
significant clinical relevance.
