I posted an updated version of BAMS on the wiki page

This version includes a technique from Alan (naturally) that minimizes the 
number of triples required for mutual disjoints between classes using a 
classId functional property. Using owl:disjointWith would have added about 
900K triples to a knowledge base that only has about 80K triples.
