ISWC Workshop Format and Length

As the deadline for the presentation abstracts approaches, I was wondering 
if the ISWC Workshop chairs could elaborate a bit on the format of the workshop.
We are interested in submitting 1-2 proposals but wanted to 
get a better idea of how much time will be alloted for each presentation and if the format will be 
informal or the 'standard' 30 - 45mins slot with followup discussion afterwards.
It would help give us a better idea for abstract proposals.
