Vipul,

if you are interested in a UML-like visualization of OWL models (but 
with support for anonymous classes and other restrictions), you may be 
interested in TopBraid Composer (link below).  An example class diagram 
is http://www.topbraidcomposer.org/featureClassDiagram.html

While this is a commercial tool, the academic version has a similar 
price tag like Visio :)
