[HCLS-ACPP] Tcon today, September 5, 3-4pm ET

ACPP weekly tcon today:

Zakim didn't give us proper access in the past two weeks.  I have send the 
request again to admin, and hope this time it will work properly.  If you 
get "access restricted" again this time, please call back after 5 minutes 
or talk to the operator to open the access.  I will try to call in a bit 
earlier to make sure the Tcon is properly set up.

* preparation F2F (All).
