Image Annotation on the Semantic Web

I wanted to bring this working draft to the attention of folks working on
various HCLSIG Tasks:

This could prove very useful regarding the proposed Brain Atlas work, as
well as more general microscopy applications. They do not explicitly
mention the Open Microscopy Environment (OME,
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/), but it is probably relevant to them and
us as well.
