NLP-RDF task, clarification

The NLP-RDF task has been created and will be executed as part of the BIORDF
group's efforts, as the header in the e-mail's subject suggests, in
coordination with other HCLSIG groups. 

Minutes from the last BIORDF group's call, where the task and its assignment
where discussed, will follow soon.
