Perhaps "2.7.7.-" and "3.1.3.16" should be replaced with more general 
enzyme categories, e.g. "2.-.-.-" (all transferases) and "3.-.-.-" (all 
hydrolases).

The 1M set is indeed not particularly useful for querying. It should be 
possible to extract a set of 1M statements from the 100M set that gives 
matches for all of the test queries, but I don't see a simple way to 
accomplish this.
