Introduction

Hi Everyone

I'm Chris Mungall, and I'm based at Lawrence Berkeley Labs. I'm part of 
the Gene Ontology Consortium, and the National Center for Biomedical 
Ontologies. One of the things I'm interested in is storage and querying 
of large datasets annotated and modeled using ontologies. I'm 
interested in RDF-based triple-stores, possibly layered on top of SQL 
databases, with some fragment of (or extension of) OWL DL semantics. 
I'm also interested in deductive databases in general.
