Folks,

Since so many activities are progressing, many which have conference  
calls and minutes, I thought we could use a simple calendar page to  
list events in chronological order:

Coordinators, please try and update your planned conference calls and  
resulting minutes into this table to help others find relevant info  
when they need to search for it.
