hi,

My name is John Barkley. I am a computer scientist and Group Leader of the
Software Quality Group of the Information Technology Lab at NIST.

We have experience with the Semantic Web and other information modeling
methodologies, as well as, healthcare information technologies and
standards. We are interested in promoting the use of the Semantic Web, and I
am hoping that there is way we can contribute to this effort.

I apologize for not sending this introduction earlier.
