tomorrow's conference call is cancelled, 
next call is on Febrary 16th, 2006 at 11AM EST

In the interim, the current state of the proposals will be reviewed, an agenda
for the next conference call will be posted next Tuesday, Feb 22nd to go to
further clarify the proposals,
