CANCELLED: HCLSig Aug 31 Teleconference

The proposed HCLS call for tomorrow (Aug 31) is cancelled since most  
people are on vacation.

The next proposed call will be either Sept. 7 or Sept 14, watch for the next
announcement.  
Discussion will include plans for the upcoming F2F in Amsterdam, and  
what needs to happen before then.
