Hi all,
The ontology that I was talking about yesterday
is Molecule Role ontology.
Basically, it's a taxonomy of molecules in
the context of signal trasnduction.

It's not downloadable yet but you can browse it.
My Ontology-SIG slides will be available
from their bio-ontology site and I will put it also
under "Publication" of our site.
