semtechdoc: GitHub repository

Dear #semtechdoc group members,

following the W3 community group FAQ (https://www.w3.org/community/about/faq/ <https://www.w3.org/community/about/faq/>, http://tobie.github.io/specs-on-github/ <http://tobie.github.io/specs-on-github/>), i have set up a GitHub repository for the groups' activities.

The repository has the following URL: https://github.com/sebastianfurth/semtechdoc/ <https://github.com/sebastianfurth/semtechdoc/>

The repository currently contains:
(1) an automatically generated and empty specification document (reachable at http://sebastianfurth.github.io/semtechdoc/ <http://sebastianfurth.github.io/semtechdoc/>)
(2) a draft version of the group charter (in media wiki syntax, as this shall be moved to the wiki as soon as available).

I invite you to participate! Therefore, please clone the repository and use github’s pull requests to integrate your changes.
