Anton is no longer the co-editor of the Remote Playback API spec

Hi there,

I'd like to announce that I'm leaving the Chrome team in a couple of weeks
to pursue some other projects at Google and therefore won't be able to
actively participate in the Working Group, especially being the co-editor
of the Remote Playback API spec.

Mounir Lamouri will be the only editor of the spec for the foreseeable
future. I believe the API is in good hands!

I am very happy to have been a part of bringing the second screen
experiences to the open web for the past three years and I am definitely
looking forward to see more browsers shipping the API implementations over
time and the Open Screen protocol providing cross-device interoperability.

Thanks for all the conversations we had during TPAC and other F2F meetings.
It was nice working with you all. Be sure to say hi whenever you're in New
York, I'd be glad to have a coffee and chat!
