New 2016 styles applied to the Editor's Draft

Mark and other happy readers of the Presentation API spec,

For your info, a new style sheet is now being applied to all W3C documents published after March 1st. Since we're using ReSpec, there's hardly anything that we need to change and the new styles already apply to the Editor's Draft:
 https://w3c.github.io/presentation-api/

I prepared a small Pull Request that drops the custom styles that we still have and that conflict a bit with the new styles. There is also a minor issue in ReSpec right now that makes examples appear with two yellow side bars instead of one. That should be fixed soon.

For what it's worth, the new styles integrate some of the feedback we provided last year [1]. The rendering on mobile devices has been much improved in particular. Styles are now expected to change on a yearly basis.

Thanks,
Francois.
