Hi All, The group met F2F last week. We had a very productive meeting, made significant progress on priority topics, and got new participants too. The draft meeting minutes from the F2F are online, see Day 1 [1] and Day 2 [2] (note the meeting dates are off by one in the minutes; the system time is based on GMT). Any resolutions documented in the minutes are considered provisional until 18 November 2015 per the group's Decision Policy [3]. All - please review the minutes and send any corrections or amendments to this list. Any concerns with the proposed resolutions should be also sent to this list by 18 November 2015. In the meantime, the group can start to implement the resolutions with the caveat that if concerns are raised, the change should be revertible. Thank You all for your contributions with special thanks to people who volunteered to scribe. With such great minutes we now have a paper trail of discussions for those who were unable to attend the meeting in person.
