MarkFo - much thanks for gardening the issues! Please coordinate with the editor to update the specification by editing the inline open issues in the spec.

My recommendation would be to link back to the GH issues to make GH clearly the canonical source. To take an example, in section 6.3.1 add the following (omitting styling et al.):

Many specs use such a convention, where ISSUE is uppercase followed by a numeric id. You can adopt that if you wish, using the GH issue number as an id.
