WebVMT Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Completed development phase of prototype Android app.
    ii. Raised two issues in WICG DataCue activity [1] based on gap analysis in Media Timed Events IG Note [2] (published 16 May) to propose adding cue end time representing end of media [3] and allowing cue end time to be updated [4]. Thanks to Chris Needham for his continued support.
    iii. Resolved outstanding issues for forthcoming OGC TC meetings [5] with SDWIG. Thanks to all those who contributed.

2. Next Steps
    i. Test and release Android app.
    ii. Complete media metadata web search analysis for OGC TC meetings [5] in Leuven, 24-25 June 2019.
    iii. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
