List of non-web-friendly OGC standards to OAB

Hi George,

The list of "non-web-friendly OGC standards" is ready to be sent to the OGC Architecture Board. I would like to ask you to do this on behalf of the SDWIG and reserve an agenda slot at one of their meetings to discuss this.

Background: In the context of a discussion about which standards should or should not be on our roadmap, the SDWIG discussed the non-web-friendly character of a subset of the OGC standards baseline at the face to face meeting we had in Fort Collins during the OGC TC meeting there. We resolved to compose a list of these 'non-webby' standards and send it to the OGC Architecture Board for discussion.
