MichaelGordon has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/sdw: == Evaluate DCAT changes in terms of impacts to best practices == At the Lyon face to face meeting, it was highlighted that the D[ataset Exchange Working Group](https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Main_Page) are working on a new draft of Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT) - https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-2 As the Spatial Data on the Web Best Practices advises use of DCAT in various places (for example https://www.w3.org/TR/dwbp/#DescriptiveMetadata) the changes to DCAT should be evaluated in terms of the potential impacts to best practices and feedback provided.
