RE: Final releases of Best Practices, EO-QB and QB4ST published

My apologies for the misunderstanding. Yes, there is absolutely no problem updating the RDF vocabulary at any time in the future (well, provided it remains in sync with the specification published in the /TR space).

I'm afraid the translation task can remain on your ToDo list 😉
