Simon has closed off, pending confirmation from one specific member of the W3C I18N WG, all the OWL-Time issues. No substantive changes, just informative notes about the intricacies of ISO8601, weeks and Time Zones (which tells us something too).

 

Hopefully Simon can then have a more leisurely family breakfast.
