QB4ST example

Unsurprisingly, I have run out of time to work on a good example for the
QB4ST document.  So instead I'll insert a note to mention that future work
will involve preparation of further examples of how the ontology would be
applied in practice.

Sorry - hoped to have done more but time moves too quickly these days.
Should have asked Simon to add the option to OWL TIme for 8 or 9 day weeks.
