Re: SDW plenary agenda item - Namespace for SOSA and SSN ontology

Dear Raphaël,

describes the *three* main options we have.

Please find this new section here:

This was necessary for those that are less familiar with the linked data
concepts, and wondered how two different ontologies and the terms they
respectively define could share the same namespace.

Is it clearer now with Armin's answer and the new section ?

Let CORE = "SOSA OR sosa:CoreVocabulary OR ssn:CoreVocabulary"
Let FULL = "SSN OR sosa:FullOntology OR ssn:FullOntology"

indeed:

- xxx:Platform is defined in CORE, and further axiomatized in FULL.
Looking up this URI redirects to CORE
- xxx:System is only defined in FULL. Looking up this URI redirects to
FULL.

These are just taken as one example of concept for each of these ontologies.

The list of terms that will be defined in CORE and FULL is still under
discussion at this stage.

Kind regards,
Maxime
