As discussed on the plenary call, we need to make a real effort to encourage people to review the Time Ontology. In W3C parlance, this is 'seeking wide review' and it's a key part of the process. Chris has got the ball rolling with his mail just now and I've tried to reciprocate with a mail to the Semantic Web group. I'll do some tweeting now too.
