SDW Next Plenary Meeting..

Hello Everyone,

The next plenary meeting of the group will be held on Wednesday 14th
September at 13:00 UTC.

The joining instructions are in the meeting link below, please make sure
you use the same nickname for both webex and IRC.

Remember you now need to enter both a meeting ID and password for webex, if
you are having problems with this ask for help on the IRC channel SDW.

There is only one item on the agenda, logistics for next weeks F2F meeting
so it will be a shorter call than normal.

So if you are all clear about next week and most of the details are online,
feel free to send your apologies..
