Re: SDW-BP ready for review pending Working Draft release

I realise I still have to add an explanatory note on one of the 
examples, as per what agreed with Linda in [1].

I'll do that within next Wednesday, if this suits you.

BTW, proposals for minor editorial changes are still possible? I mean, 
typos, links, formatting, etc. Also, syntax highlighting in Turtle 
examples doesn't seem to work properly - in particular, all strings 
after "//" (as for HTTP URIs: "http://") are formatted as comments (so I 
guess it is highlighted as in JSON).
