Moon Landing or Safari? A Study of Systematic Errors and their Causes in Geographic Linked Data

Dear all,

Attached is a pointer to our accepted GIScience 2016 paper about
systematic errors in Geographic Linked Data. I hope some of the
described problems and their
(often funny) consequences will serve as good examples for existing
issues and the need for best practice guides. Some of these issues are
based on the lack of spatial reference system identifiers and thus
relate to a topic we discussed on the list before.
