Fwd: ARE3NA INSPIRE RDF Pilots

Hot on the heels of Geonovum's testbed, here's another call for pilot 
studies that not everyone in the WG will have received from Robin at the 
JRC.

 From a W3C/ERCIM perspective, I would be interested to participate in a 
funded pilot but do not have the necessary real world data/context to 
lead such work.

Dear all,

Following the SharePSI workshop 
(https://www.w3.org/2013/share-psi/workshop/berlin/report#location), we 
wanted to let you know about ARE3NA's ongoing interest in Linked Data 
and INSPIRE and how INSPIRE data can be shared using RDF, following the 
guidelines we produced earlier in the project.

We are now interested in setting up two pilot projects to help test and 
refine these guidelines and would like to gather proposals for the 
pilots from relevant groups and organisations in your countries.

The attached document contains further details related to this work,
information on the effort involved (i.e. person months) for pilot 
partners and templates to help document and compare pilot proposals. The 
JRC may offer some financial support to cover the effort involved for 
chosen pilot partners, if needed.

We are particularly interested in practical cases where INSPIRE data 
could be used, and less in theoretical/research approaches.

If you are interested to propose a pilot, please send the completed 
pilot template to are3na@jrc.ec.europa.eu by Friday the 15th of April.
