Thanks, Ghislain. This reminded to me something mentioned some time ago: 
time URIs. E.g.:

http://reference.data.gov.uk/doc/gregorian-instant/2009-01-04T00:00:00

I think they should be mentioned somewhere, but not sure whether the 
right place is the Time Ontology or the BPs.
