Apologies I've been completely out of it for a while, now catching up on all the emails and the work (lots of it!) that has been going on.

Quick reply to this one: the NERC library has permalinks for each item, so you could use this instead if preferred.

It takes you to the landing page in the library catalogue, from where there is a link to the pdf URL you found. I can double check with Andrew Hughes that it's the same version he intended in his use case..
