Just to let you know, I now know the cause of today's IRC problem - the systeam were installing new SSL Certs and that had more of an impact that anticipated. Usually, when all else fails, IRC is fine so today was very unusual. Thanks for your patience... I'll get today's minutes online as soon as I can. I have a complete IRC log [1], I just need to turn that into the usual minutes. Phil.
