Dear all, In one of my previous messages [1], I mentioned an activity under-way to develop a geospatial extension to DCAT-AP, a metadata interchange format being used across European data portals. The GeoDCAT-AP WG is going to start their activity shortly, and I would like to extend the invitation to join to any of you who are interested. More details on the planned work and the timing are available at https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/node/139283/ The first telecon is planned within the end of this month - a doodle poll has been set up to decide the date: http://doodle.com/acpbgpxtv7yi5d2a My apologies for the short notice, but there has been some delay in the preparatory phase, and we have a tight schedule. The plan is to deliver the final GeoDCAT-AP spec within June 2015. We are going to have a total of 4 telecons, corresponding to each of the phases of the project (which include a public review period). Most part of the work will be done through the Joinup issue tracker and on the GeoDCAT-AP mailing list. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any questions and comments. Thanks!
