    (new Object()).toString.call(StorageEvent.prototype)

Per the current WebIDL spec that should give you "[object
StorageEventPrototype]". And it does in Gecko and WebKit and (I think) in Edge.

But in Blink it instead now gives you "[object StorageEvent]"
