            Bug ID: 22808
Summary: Throw if you object is constructed without new
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: WebAppsWG
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebIDL
          Assignee: cam@mcc.id.au
          Reporter: annevk@annevk.nl
        QA Contact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: arv@chromium.org, bzbarsky@mit.edu, mike@w3.org,
                    public-script-coord@w3.org

That way we can use [[Call]] for subclassing. It's the ES6 way.

We can hopefully still do this as Chrome/WebKit throw, whereas Gecko/Trident do
not.
