Usability & Draft Publication Format - HTML?

This letter has nothing to do with the specifications themselves, only
the format they're published in.

Ecmascript group publishes documentation in PDF or doc.

Readers who follow links from the wiki must change applications or
launch a helper app:
http://wiki.ecmascript.org/doku.php?id=globalization:specification_drafts

It would be more convenient to continue using the browser, as HTML,
view it in the browser without changing contexts, just as the official
spec is now published in HTML (finally):
 http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/standards/Ecma-262-arch.htm

Though even there, the link is outside of the "files" table sort of
hidden at the bottom of some small grey text, and linked from the word
"here."

| ...also available in HTML file format here.

It would be convenient for the reader if these documents were to be
published in HTML as a primary format, not off to the side or at the
bottom, as an afterthought.

Thank you,
