           Summary: Rounding
           Product: WebAppsWG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebIDL
        AssignedTo: cam@mcc.id.au
        ReportedBy: w3c@marcosc.com
         QAContact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-script-coord@w3.org

The spec says "Round x to the nearest integer, choosing the even integer if it
lies halfway between two."

Just wondering, why was ECMAScript ToInteger not used?
