The order it's likely to specify is "addition order", which means that 
WebIDL would need to define that for prototypes.

The only hard data we have here is 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=623437 and 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=631117 which both depended 
on the order "arc" and "arcTo" are enumerated on the canvas 2d context.
