JSON-LD 1.1 Update

Dear all,

The JSON-LD 1.1 working group in the W3C is close to moving ahead to
candidate recommendation with three specifications: JSON-LD 1.1 Syntax, API
and Framing (links below).

As schema.org data embedded in web pages is one of the largest uses of
JSON-LD, we would greatly appreciate any feedback on the current working
drafts. Please note that the window for new features to be added has
already closed, and what we are seeking is review of the proposed set of
features. Please send any thoughts to our public mailing list, or create
issues in the appropriate github repository (links below).

There are two substantive changes that have been agreed upon but not yet
documented (about the use of @version, and the addition of text direction),
and a host of minor editorial tweaks, however it is worth looking at the
specs today to ensure that the feedback can be taken into consideration.
