Re: Schema.org 3.8 - release draft for review

This is all now published: https://schema.org/docs/releases.html#v3.8

Of note here is https://schema.org/gtin (Pending section), which draws
together our previous collection of gtin-related properties (gtin8, gtin12,
gtin13, gtin14), as well as anticipating usage with GS1's digital link
specs. Thanks to Phil Archer and Mark Harrison of GS1 for help getting this
drafted sensibly, and to everyone else who contributed to this release.
Next release scheduled for August 1st 2019...
