Next Schema.org release: October 1st

Given the summer(northern hemisphere) slowdown, I am going to skip a month.
Planning a v4 release for October 1st with the usual release candidate
circulated for review ~10 working days before. I also suggest we adopt a
simpler numbering scheme for versioning and name the subsequent releases 5,
6, 7 etc.
