Right understood Vicki.  The high-level semantics I am less interested
in... I'm more interested in just the Place domain.

Hmm...on further thought...It seems it might be just a reverse property of
"geospatiallyContains" ?

Walls of Jerusalem "geospatiallyContains" Old City of Jerusalem
Old City of Jerusalem "has boundary" Walls of Jerusalem
